Day 1
  • Arrival in Angoulême TGV station
  • Transfert to Cognac (about 30 minutes)
  • Visit to one big company, the MARTELL House,
  • Visit with animation and tasting in the wonderful Martell's welcome lobby.
  • Discover to the François 1° king 's birthplace: the château OTARD.
  • Visit to the historic castle, followed by the OTARD
  • Brandy cellars and commented tasting.
  • Tipic lunch in a Logis de France in Cognac.
  • Afternoon, driving from Cognac to Pomerol
  • Visit to the Château de Sales in Pomerol, and free time to visit the medieval city in SAINT EMILION.
  • End of afternoon: arrival in BORDEAUX.
  • Installation in 3* hôtel Mercure.
  • Dinner suggested at " the Table Calvet".

  • Panoramic tour to Bordeaux
  • Departure to Medoc appellation, widest important vineyard in the world
  • visit to one Great Estate classified in Margaux appellation (château Kirwan or Château Giscours, or Château Arsac or château Rauzan Ségla or château Cantenac Brown, etc...)
  • Picnic party in one "cru bourgeois" in Médoc.
  • Afternoon visit to one great Estate in Pauillac (château Pichon Longueville or château Lynch Bages or château Batailley).
  • End of afternoon, return to the TGV station in Bordeaux.
