Day 1 - Bordeaux
Welcome Bordeaux Mérignac airport or TGV station
Installation Burdigala Hôtel 4*downtown Bordeaux
Visit to the city with a guide interpreter.
Visit to the "Arts decoratives Museum".
Dinner suggestions : Bistrot du Sommelier, La Tupina,

Day 2 - Sarlat and the Dordogne Valley
Castillon la Bataille (end of the Hundred years'war)
Bergerac and arrival to Les Eyzies de Tayac.
Visit to the national Prehistory Museum in the
Vézere Valley , who is named the "Man Valley"
since his classification in Unesco Patrimoine
in 1979.
Road crossing the "most beautiful villages of France" :
Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud Fayrac, La Roque Gageac,
Lunch in La Roque Gageac at the "Belle Etoile" restaurant
(Nice star restaurant) overlooking the Dordogne river.
Afternoon: boat trip on a "gabarre" (tipical dordogne river
boat) historic commentaries upon Périgord and Dordogne.
Visit to the medieval city of Sarlat , medieval city with
theater or film scenery, tipical périgord dinner in Sarlat
medieval town.
Accomodation in Domaine de Rochebois, with a
beautiful landscape upon the Montfort' s cingle.
Day 3 - Libourne and St-Emilion
Departure in direction to Saint Emilion and Libourne
Visit to the medieval city of Saint Emilion entered in
world heritage patrimoine in december 1999.
Lunch suggestion : Hostellerie de Plaisance , Relais
et Châteaux chain, with a 1* Michelin chef Philippe
Etchebest.
Visit to one great Estate in Saint Emilion appellation
whose reputation goes back to roman period.
Return to Bordeaux station or Mérignac airport.
